Last week Ritchie Bros. closed on its acquisition of IAA Inc., a leading global digital marketplace for salvage vehicles. Supported by industry-leading technology and innovation, IAA’s solutions focus on maximizing the value of vehicles through its multi-channel marketplace model and shortening the selling cycle overall.

IAA owns 210 facilities globally, and runs a comprehensive suite of commerce, logistics and vehicle-processing services, making them a one-stop shop for vehicle buyers and sellers. Together we will create an exceptional customer experience by enhancing our proximity to our customers, accelerating innovation and process automation, and bringing more buyers and sellers into our ecosystem around the world.

For now, it’s business as usual, but we will be working hard behind the scenes to bring our companies together to create new advantages for our customers. Right now, our continued focus is providing solutions and services to best meet the needs of individual customer bases.
